2. AI Processing Disclosure
The contact form on this site is processed through Google Apps Script (GAS) and may involve the following:
- Recording to Google Sheets
Submitted inquiry data is automatically recorded in Google Sheets for inquiry management. - Automated confirmation email via Gmail
A confirmation email is automatically sent to you through GAS. - AI-assisted categorization and priority assessment
Some inquiry content may be processed using AI (Anthropic Claude API) for categorization and priority assessment. AI outputs are reviewed and acted upon by a human before use (Human-in-the-Loop design).
Data may be transmitted to a third party (Anthropic) for AI processing. Transmitted data is kept to the minimum necessary and is processed in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 collects anonymized access data such as page views, session counts, and device information.
No personally identifiable information is collected. You may disable cookie collection by adjusting your browser settings.
